Sprint HTC One Gets Teeny Tiny Bugfix
The HTC One on Sprint was treated to a very small update in the week. So small in fact, that the changelog is more of a change “sentence” than anything else. It reads “Fixes an issue that blocked users from being able to Update Profile/PRL.” The build number for this is 3.05.651.6 and has been rolling out Tuesday so you should either have it by now, or be getting it real soon.
Verizon’s DROID 4 and DROID RAZR, RAZR MAXX Get Connectivity Fixes
Verizon has actually updated the aged Droid 4 and the DROID RAZR originals this week, although there is of course, nothing to write home about. They’re all now able to roam in Canada using GSM, which is nice and security patches have been fixed up. That’s about it though, nothing else to write about really. You can read about the update for the Droid 4 from Verizon here, and the Droid RAZR/MAXX here.
AT&T’s HTC One X+ Gets Its Final Update; Brings Sense 5 and Android 4.2.2 Along
HTC’s One X and One X+ aren’t going to see Android 4.4 KitKat, or even Android 4.3 Jelly Bean but, AT&T is only just rolling out Android 4.2.2 to the device. It’s a sizable update to leave the device on though, as it brings with it Sense 5, which will deliver a lot of the features from the HTC One to the device, such as BlinkFeed and a lighter UI overall. The build number is 2.15.502.1 and is definitely a sizable update so, best to do this over WiFi with some time to spare. You can read all about the update process from HTC here.
AT&T’s Galaxy S4 Active Gets Updated to Android 4.3
Sticking with AT&T here, it’s Samsung’s turn to get some approved OTA love. The Galaxy S4 Active is getting upgraded to Android 4.3 which brings with it a whole bunch of software upgrades, including support for the Galaxy Gear. The build number I537UCUBML2 comes in around the 700MB mark and as Android Community have noted, it includes some preloaded software from the likes of Amazon and more. It’s a great update to have and if you were looking to get a Galaxy Gear, now you can!
LG G2 Receives Minor Bugfix on Bell

Sony Announces Release Window for Android 4.3 Updates for the Xperia T, TX, V and SP Models
Sony’s older Xperia line of devices will be getting treated to Android 4.3 flavored Jelly Beans towards the end of January, possibly leading into February, a Tweet from the company has revealed. There’s no word yet on whether all of these devices are getting KitKat but, the Xperia SP is slated to get the update. The Xperia T, TX and Sp all share similar hardware so, it would be nice to see them all be treated to Android 4.4 KitKat – it’s pretty tasty.
