We’ve said this many times before, we’re quickly becoming a more “mobile” society and as such our data and the way we access it is starting to follow suit. Almost everything we need to do during the day whether it be completing a work related task or just browsing our favorite tweets, we need to be able to do them quickly so we don’t slow down our natural rhythm in which we get things done. To make this possible, Android has evolved into a multitasking powerhouse where can now access and utilize multiple apps simultaneously, and do so without much effort. Because we need to access things quickly, why not enlist the help of an action-launcher multitasking app that’s as quick as we are?
Quickr-Action Launcher is the new action launcher app that works in harmony with the current Home Launcher you have installed, to provide you with the fast and easy multitasking features that you need, to do things as efficiently as possible on your smartphone or tablet. There are many other options available if you have the need for such a useful tool, even stock Android and many manufacturer UI’s have task managers and recent apps lists to move back and forth between apps quickly. Quickr works on a whole other level though, giving you multiple ways to access or launch the different features of your device, ranging from the quick settings you see in the most recent Nexus devices, to launching apps or sending messages and even making calls all without having to navigate to the app itself.
Quickr-Action Launcher works with virtually any Home Launcher so you don’t have to worry about replacing it. You basically just swipe from the left or right edges of your device to activate the action launcher, and then from there you’ll have access to anything you need. The quick actions are all designated by the user, so you set the parameters of whatever you want to be able to access fast, and that’s pretty much it. There are four total hotspots in which you first press and then swipe to open Quickr, (the first two are available in the free version, the second two require the premium version)so you can still swipe from the edges anywhere else to move between home screens. Quickr is designed to use with one hand, so you don’t have to fumble around with both to get things done. If you’re someone who likes to multitask with your device and you don’t currently have an option that you’re attached to, you can grab Quickr-Action Launcher from the Play Store and get started. The app is free with some limited features, but you can purchase the premium version from within the app itself should you want the full experience.
