Those of you in the UK can go ahead and pre-order your Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 tablet right now. While they’ll go on sale in stores on February 4th. The big question is what’s the price? Well we finally have some pricing, at least for the UK. It appears that the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 will be on sale for £649.00 in the UK. Which translates to about $1075.98 USD. So it’s definitely not a cheap tablet, but then it is a 12.2-inch tablet with all the Note features that you’ll find on the Galaxy Note 10.1 – 2014 Edition and the Galaxy Note 3. So we kind of expected it to be more expensive.
Samsung is offering it in both black and white at launch (currently only the WiFi edition is on sale). However, we’ll probably see the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 in more colors after a few months. Which is normal with Samsung’s tablets and smartphones.
The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 does have a 12.2-inch 2560×1600 resolution display, Exynos 5 Octa processor (1.9GHz quad-core + 1.3GHz quad-core), 3GB of RAM, 8MP shooter on the back, with a 2MP shooter on the front. Along with a 9500mAh battery inside, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. This is definitely a high-end tablet from Samsung, and you can expect to be paying a high-end price.
So we now have some official pricing. And it appears to be right on target with what we heard last week. Which we didn’t expect this one to be super cheap, but we were hoping that it would come in at under $1000 USD. Which it looks like it’ll come in just over it, unless Samsung adjusts the pricing when bringing it to the US. So far there’s no word on when either the WiFi or the LTE model will be available in the US. But it should be here in the first quarter, which ends in March.
