SuperDuck Is A Wacky Platformer That Has You Line Up All Your Ducks In A Row

SuperDuck brings new meaning to the saying “get all your ducks in a row”. This wacky platformer will have you doing just that, in a mixed style of Super Mario Bros with some puzzle elements blended in. The developers Mutant Bear Games seem to have a cooky side to them, and we have them to thank for this little piece of mastery that gives us a feeling of our childhood back. As the name of the game suggests, the hero of this story is Super Duck and is who you’ll be playing, and your goal is to rescue all the little ducks that have been kidnapped, or rather ducknapped, and make sure that you get them to safety.

Who would kidnap a bunch of cute and cuddly little ducks you ask? An evil doctor who plans to take over the world that’s who. The Evil Duck Doctor (so we’ll call him at least) plans to take over the world by kidnapping all the little ducks he can find, and use them to create his diabolical duck-mination machine. We’re not really sure what the machine does, but it sounds rather sinister and we wouldn’t want to find out for ourselves. If you’re going to save every last one of the little ducks that have been taken, you’ll have to travel across time and space to different locations to find them all, and solve puzzles along the way.

SuperDuck has 56 levels of quacked out duck dangers that only a mutant super powered duck could survive. To do so you’ll want to make sure to dodge all the Evil Dr.’s bombs and explosions, as failing to do so would result in you becoming a rather crispy duck. If you find yourself getting stuck on a certain level and all the Duck filled puzzles are just too much for you to handle, the devs were kind enough to add in some help via solutions for you to bypass whatever level is stumping you. SuperDuck was inspired by games like Super Mario Bros. and Krusty Super Fun House, and it’s free to download from the Play Store. So if you find yourself without any games to play this weekend, give SuperDuck a try.
