Verizon's MORE Everything Plan Gives Customers More Data and Lower Fees if You're on Edge

Today, Verizon Wireless is launching some new plans in order to offer more to their customers and, a little bit of price break to some of them. As you might have guess, the More Everything plans will be Big Red’s way of offering more to customers for either the same amount of money, or for less. Of course, this being Verizon it isn’t as great as it sounds. However, depending on what plan you’re already on, you do get some fairly enticing benefits. Not everyone will see benefits with Verizon’s latest plans, but a lot of folks will definitely see an improvement.

More data is included for a lot of customers, however this only applies to customers that pay for 2GB or less currently. Taking 500MB to 1GB, 1GB to 2GB and the 2GB plan will jump to 3GB for the same cost. Taking a shot at T-Mobile is the inclusion of free International texting, as long as it’s from the US you’re sending, and you can add the Long Distance Value Plan to More Everything to make international calls as little as $0.01 a minute. Plus, there’s also 25GB of cloud storage from the carrier included as well as a $5 option for a security feature called Family Base.

Those on Verizon’s early upgrade program Edge however, will benefit more than anyone else, with price breaks awarded to those with certain amounts of data on their account. Have a plan on Edge with 8GB of Data? Well with More Everything you’ll save $10 a month, and $20 for 10GB or more on your line, and if you have multiple lines the discount will apply to each of them. Overall, the More Everything plans are similar to the Share Everything plans and only those on Edge really get a benefit. Which is a little unfortunate, but if Edge suits you, then this could be a decent way of saving a little cash while playing a whole lot, for little data in return.
