Not just any place mind you, but a food truck. Perhaps your favorite food truck. Cause you know, they’re trucks after all and can be subject to setting up shop in a different locale from time to time, so you might some assistance in locating it. If you live in a larger metropolitan area there are probably many more food trucks around and hence this app might be of more use to your than some others, but make no mistake even if you live far away from any food trucks, this app will help you find the nearest one and you can take an impromptu road trip to grab yourself a tasty bite.

Despite what some may think, food trucks often produce some rather excellent food, and NomNom Finder can help you locate your favorite food trucks and the nearest food trucks to you in real time. REAL TIME!! None of those “it should be here” guessing games. It’s got a Zoomable map so that you can pan in and out to find trucks far and wide or close by. Once you find a place you want to chow down you can tap on the pin for that food truck on the map, which will end up giving you details about that food truck, like the contact information and you know… the type of food they have.

You can also call selected food trucks from the app as well as get the directions to their current location, which should make tracking your eats a lot easier. You can favorite food trucks by tapping on the heart icon next to the food truck listings so you can save them for later and filter by “all” or “favorites” when searching. You can also filter food truck search results by status, and find out whether a specific or your favorite food truck is either open, closed, or in transit. If you fall in love with a certain food truck and want to share its glory with everyone, you can tap the share icon and share that food truck with the world through social media.
