On May 30th, Sprint will be starting to sell the Copper Gold Samsung Galaxy S5. This is the one that most people refer to as the “band-aid edition”. It’ll be available on Sprint alongside the black and white models. Those of you picking it up on Sprint’s EasyPay can enjoy it for $0/down and 24 monthly payments of $27.09. Also, as expected it will support Sprint’s Spark network as well as HD Voice, of course Spark is only in a few markets so you’ll want to be sure you’re in one of those markets.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 comes with a 5.1-inch 1920×1080 resolution AMOLED display, 2GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 16GB of storage along with a microSD card slot, 2800mAh battery inside, Android 4.4.2 and the latest version of Touchwiz. Not to mention it’ll have a 16MP camera on the back with a 2MP front-facing shooter. Basically it’s the same as the Galaxy S5 that’s already available, this one is just in Copper Gold, for those wanting a Gold device.
