Samsung Galaxy S5 in Electric Blue Leaks for Verizon Wireless

The Samsung Galaxy S5 has been out for a little while now and is available on all four major carriers in black and white. While the Copper Gold version made it’s way to the big four earlier this month, now we are seeing leaks of the Electric Blue version for Verizon Wireless. As leaked by @Evleaks. There’s not much to talk about here, basically the only thing that’s changed is the color of the Galaxy S5. So it’s coming in blue to at least Verizon. It’ll probably be heading to all the carriers, similar to the Gold version earlier this month.

Back in February at Mobile World Congress, Samsung showed off the Galaxy S5 in Gold, Blue, black and white. But I wouldn’t be surprised to see more colors for the Galaxy S5 launch pretty soon. As it’s something that Samsung and other carriers often do about half way through a device’s life cycle. Typically it’s to get a few more sales out there, but it is always nice to have some more colors. I’d take a bright red Galaxy S5 any day of the week, myself.

As far as the specs go, the Galaxy S5 has a 5.1-inch 1920×1080 resolution IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage along with a microSD card slot that supports 128GB, 16MP camera on the back, with a 2.1MP front-facing shooter. There’s also a 2800mAh battery inside as well as running on Android 4.4 KitKat and the latest version of Touchwiz. It’s a pretty fantastic device, and one I’d definitely recommend to anyone. The Electric Blue will be the same price as the other colors as well.
