With all the buzz flying around the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime, the talk and the leaks about model number specifics wouldn’t be complete without the concept renders to go along with them now would they? There have already been a few concept renders of the rumored device to be but these new ones might just take the cake. The biggest rumors surrounding the device are the famed metal body for the phone, along with the possibility that it will come sporting a 2K display as well as the hopes for the Snapdragon 805 processor. Yesterday we saw an image leak suggesting that the model number for the Galaxy S5 Prime would be the SM-G906K on a Korean website, but not too long before that we saw the appearance of a model number that also pointed to the Galaxy S5 Prime which was SM-G906S leaked out of Hong Kong.
This new concept render comes from the Indian website Mygadgetic, who you might remember mocked up some renders of their concept Nexus 6 manufactured by HTC. This render has a similar elegant design to it but definitely with more of that Samsung flare you would expect to see. This time around they have once again created an entire concept tour video which they uploaded to their YouTube channel(we have the video for you below)just like they did with the concept of the HTC Nexus 6.(let it be noted that the concept of HTC making the Nexus 6 is just MyGadgetic’s hope for the device brand and not confirmed).
The concept in the video tour looks rather stunning, although we’re sure some people won’t find the device concept all that compelling. One of the big attention grabbers is the near lack of a bezel on the sides of the display, and we all know importance to many for the slimmest bezels possible. The other thing that might draw some attention is that in this render they have chosen to stick with the design of Samsung’s iconic use of the “home button”, which we know plenty of users are dying for Samsung to get rid of, but what seems like an equal amount of users who want it to stay. We can see the benefits of both sides. There are good things about not having it and there are obvious reasons why it’s a useful feature of the device.
