Incipio sent us over the Ghost 110 Wireless Charging Base to check out, so here’s our full review. Incipio has a brand new Qi wireless charger, it’s actually a pretty small charger. It’s dimensions are 0.4 x 3.5 x 3.5 inches. So it’ll fit on your desk in the corner. As far as input goes, we’re looking at 5V/2A and output is 5V/1A. It does have an integrated LED indicates charging status, and it’s a light that goes all around the front of the device which is definitely nice to have. Since it’s not just a little light, but basically a light bar.
As far as usage goes, I don’t actually have a smartphone or tablet that uses wireless charging right now, but Incipio sent over their battery pack that does charge via Qi wireless charger, so you can just set the battery pack down on this charger and charge it very easily, it was pretty awesome. But we’ll review that in a few days in a separate review. It charges pretty quickly compared to most of the other wireless chargers that out there on the market.
The Ghost 110 Wireless Charging base is available on Incipio’s website for about $50, which isn’t a bad price, but they also have some other Qi wireless chargers that are a bit bigger and obviously support charging multiple devices, on their website. It’s also available from Amazon for a few pennies cheaper, for those that want to use Amazon Prime and get it within two days.
