Leak: Verizon Wireless Taking Pre-Orders for the LG G3 on July 10th

According to a leak coming out of Evleaks today, it appears that Verizon is going to start pre-orders for the LG G3 on July 10th. That would be about 6 weeks after the device was announced by LG. Typically pre-orders only last a week or so, and the leak does say that the LG G3 will be coming to Verizon Wireless on July 17th. It’s also important to remember that Verizon is usually last with launching new devices, especially ones that are on every carrier. So this doesn’t necessarily mean that we won’t see the LG G3 here in the States until July 17th, but it could mean just that. It’s also important to remember that this is a leak. As we know from past experience, Verizon often times changes the date of when they will release a device. Like with the HTC One M7 last year, we saw about 10 different leaked launch dates for that device before it finally came out. So don’t take this as set in stone.

The LG G3 features a quad HD display, that’s 2560×1440 resolution. As well as 32GB of storage, 3GB of RAM, 13MP camera with OIS+ and Laser Auto Focus and 2MP front-facing camera. It also has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor inside and on-screen buttons. The LG G3 is about the same overall size as the Samsung Galaxy S5, just a larger display. That’s how incredibly thin the bezels are on this device. I just got the Korean version in to review and will have that review done before pre-orders begin so be sure to check that out in the coming weeks. So far, I really like it, but that shouldn’t be a surprise.

How many of you on Verizon are tempted to pick up the LG G3 when it finally becomes available? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
