Possible Blue Colored LG G Watch Shows Up In Leaked Image

We’re just under a week away from Google I/O 2014 where all attendees are slated to receive their very own LG G Watch. So close to an event where we should get to see the device up close and personal, we’re seeing the LG G Watch pop up in the wild yet again, but this time with a slightly different look than what we may have expected. As we already know, the LG G Watch will come in two colors, a stealth black and a champagne gold color. The black watch is of course coming with a black band and the gold watch comes with a white band, but the picture we’re seeing here in the picture below shows what looks like the LG G Watch with a blue colored band instead. It’s hard to make out, but the watch also looks like it could have a blue tint to the face as well, which means we could be seeing a picture of the LG G Watch in a new unannounced third color.

It’s very possible that it could just be the lighting in this picture that makes the watch face look blue, but the band is definitely a blue color so the other possibility is that the LG G Watch could come with removable and swappable bands. If that is the case, it would certainly make things more customizable for the consumer, which wouldn’t be a bad thing at all. For those that like to add a little color to your life, if you were considering picking up the LG G Watch when it’s due to release in most locations on July 1st, it seems you may get your chance.

The LG G Watch is expected to cost $199 here in the states, so is it possible that Google may be looking to offer different colored bands for the watch at an additional cost? It wouldn’t be too out of the ordinary as Google is quite colorful themselves, and they have plenty of accessories available for many of the other devices they sell in Google Play. We won’t have too much longer to wait before we most likely find out all the details.
