T-Mobile subscribers may soon be about to have their chance at buying yet another Samsung Android powered smartphone. According to this latest image drop from evleaks, T-mobile will be adding the Samsung Galaxy Avant to their lineup sometime in the future. When and where(which T-Mobile markets)will be getting this phone is unknown as is pretty much everything else about the phone. Evleaks makes no mention of what the device will cost either, although by the looks of the device it won’t be too expensive, and it seems to be a potentially low end device, although it could pass as a mid range handset as well. The Avant will carry a camera on the rear of unknown MP quality accompanied by an LED flash sitting to the left of the sensor.
Other than that the rest of the specs are open to interpretation. We know from the image that it will be running Kit Kat, we would suspect the latest build but who knows for sure. It has 4G LTE support as you can tell from the signal in the top right corner, and we would guess maybe a 4.3-inch screen as it doesn’t look too large but that is merely a guess. Typically the lower end to mid range priced handsets haven’t come with too big of a screen but companies like Xiaomi and others like them have proven that to be changing. There’s no telling if Samsung has followed suit here and delivered a cheaper handset with a larger size display. That would be nice though.
There are only a couple more details that we can figure out and that’s the inclusion of the audio jack at the top of the device as well as the inclusion of the home button we have come to know of all Galaxy devices, with the soft keys for the back button and what seems to be a recent apps button on either side. The power button sits on the right side with the volume rocker on the left, and it does have a front facing camera with sensors sitting to the left of it but just to the right of the earpiece. We could find out more about the Galaxy Avant at Samsung’s event in just a couple days so keep your eyes peeled.
