This week we’ve got a nice prize to giveaway and take some of the spotlight off of the LG G3 this week. TYLT was nice enough to send over their new ENERGI Sliding Power Case for the Samsung Galaxy S5. Just as you expected, it’s a case with a battery inside to keep you going all day long. It has a 2800mAh battery inside which is the same size as the one inside the Samsung Galaxy S5. There’s also a dual-layer inner case that extends about the screen giving it a greater protection for your device. As the name indicates, the case literally just slides on the Galaxy S5. So there’s no snapping it into place, making it much easier to take on and off, in case you don’t want to keep it on your device all day long. Additionally it has a 1.3A output with intelligent power routing.
TYLT is a company that offers a lot of pretty unique accessories for all kinds of Android flagships, as well as the iPhone and iPad. We’ve reviewed a number of their products in the past, and two of my favorites were the TYLT Vu wireless charger – in fact I still use it to this day – as well as the TUNZ Bluetooth Speaker. There’s also the Vu-Mate which you can put on top of your Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy S4 battery to enable wireless charging. Which is pretty neat.
