New Xposed Module Allows you to Toggle On/Off Auto Correct

Xposed has a ton of great modules out there, and it’s almost better than flashing custom ROMs. There are plenty of modules like the tinted status bar, and many others. There’s also a module for the Google Now Launcher that allows you to use icon packs, and change many other features. This module is called XGELS, and the developer of XGELS has developed another Xposed module, this one has to do with auto correct. You can now install this Xposed Module and enable or disable Auto Correct.

We all hate auto-correct at times, as it makes us type the wrong thing and send some pretty funny messages from time to time. But it’s kind of a necessary evil since we often make typos. This Xposed module has been tested with the Google Keyboard and Swiftkey on Android 4.4 KitKat and it works great. It allows you to double tap in any text box to enable or disable the auto correction for both the Google Keyboard and Swiftkey keyboards. It hasn’t been tested on any other keyboards just yet, but I’m sure it will be pretty soon. It’s pretty simple. So if you are already rooted you can go ahead and install Xposed and install this module as well.

You can check out the video showcasing this new module down below, also check out the XDA thread in the source links down below. It’s a pretty nifty module that I’m sure will become pretty popular. For those of you running ART, Xposed doesn’t yet work with  ART, only Dalvik. So if you are running ART you’ll have to wait for Xposed to update to support ART which should hopefully come soon as it is going to be the only runtime available in Android L which is being released this fall. How many of you are going to use this Xposed module? Let us know in the comments below.
