We’ve been hearing about the Galaxy Note 4 for quite a while now and considering that IFA is just around the corner – the event where Samsung has traditionally announced every previous Galaxy Note – it’s no surprise that we’re hearing even more about it. In yet another fairly big, and surprising, leak it seems that all of Samsung’s secrets for the Galaxy Note 4 have been laid bare. Indonesian website Erafone has a product listing for the Galaxy Note 4 that lists a price of IDR 9,499,000 which roughly translates to about $810 or so. While the price is probably going to end up being a little less than that, it’s the specs that have us more interested than anything else
The below image of the listing has all of the Galaxy Note 4’s specs listed, but the headlining specs are a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and 4GB of RAM. Last year, the Galaxy Note 3 made headlines for being the first smartphone with 3GB of RAM and it looks like Samsung is to up their goliath’s memory once again. With a Snapdragon 805 listed here as well, the Note 4 could end up being one of the fastest smartphones released this year. Two models of the device are listed, one with the SM-N910S moniker featuring the Snapdragon 805 and another, the SM-N910C with an Exynos 5433 Octa-Core CPU. Presumably, the United States will see the Snapdragon 805 model.
A 16-megapixel rear-facing camera is listed with optical image stabilzation, but there’s no mention of ISOCELL in the product listing. The usual suspects such as WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS et al are listed as well, and while there’s no telling if this is a genuine listing or not it wouldn’t surprise us if these were the final specs. The launch of the Galaxy Note 4 is just around the corner and with little time left to juggle things around, Samsung will more than likely have a global launch lined up with vendors and network partners all lined up with stock coming in very soon. Still, this could end up being falsified in some way and at the time of writing, the listing is still live, which seems a little strange to me. Overall though, it looks like the Galaxy Note 4 is going to be – once again – packed full of specs and cost a whole lot.
