Moto X (2014) Launching In India Tonight On Flipkart Starting From Rs. 31,999

The original Motorola Moto X device was different than its competition. Instead of ramping up its specs, Motorola decided to offer great performance through optimization and a custom processor, not to mention their own rather useful software solutions. Many people have been waiting for Moto X’s successor and that happened earlier this month. Motorola introduced Moto X (2014) along with Moto G, Moto 360 smartwatch and Moto Hint Bluetooth headset. The device was well received and Motorola seems determined to offer this device on as many markets as possible, Lenovo’s distribution channel might help with that significantly.

We wrote recently that Moto X is coming to India and that’s going to happen after midnight tonight. The device will be available for Rs 31,999 for the base variant while Bamboo and Leather variants will cost Rs 33,999. Link is not live just yet so we can’t give you the exact page to get it from, but if you’re interested note that the device will be available post midnight.

Motorola Moto X features a 5.2-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) AMOLED display along with 2GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of non-expandable internal storage. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz and comes with an Adreno 330 GPU, which gives this device more than enough raw power. On the back of the device you can find a 13-megapixel shooter which is surrounded by a dual-LED flash, there’s also a 2-megapixel camera on the front of this device. Moto X (2014) comes with 2300mAh battery and Android 4.4.4 KitKat pre-installed. You basically get a pure vanilla Android experience with some of Motorola’s apps added on to increase the usability of the device (Moto Voice, Moto Migrate, Moto Assist, Moto Alert…). This phone also sports a single front-facing speaker which quite loud and… well, good. Moto X (2014) measures 140.8 x 72.4 x 10mm and weighs 144 grams.

These are good news for those of you who live in India and have been waiting for this moment. You just have to wait a little bit longer and the device will be available for purchase, check Flipkart after midnight and the Moto X (2014) sales page should be up and running.
