Electronics Giant Samsung, has some big plans in store for the future of their company. In a press release, the company announced that they will soon offer business solutions for large enterprise customers through better mobile features. The new program by Samsung which is called Samsung 360 Services for Businesses, is currently be tested by select companies. Samsung plans to have a global launch of their business program by 2015. From the looks of everything, Samsungs initiative to help out large enterprises with mobile solutions will more than likely bring attract more businesses to use Samsung as part of their company.
Some of the features that Samsung 360 will have are services like Technical Support & Service Desk which provides companies with Tier 3 technical support including regular health checks, Samsung Knox license management and container support, enterprise mobility management, license management and EMM platform services. The program also includes Applications Support which provides enterprise application developer training, development consultation, application migration and file syncing and sharing services. Following Applications Support, the 360 program will also have Security Support. Security for a company is critical and Samsung’s Security Support features services that will secure the enterprise with mobile health checks, mobile architecture, security review, mobile security assessment and mobile security policy assessment. Last but not least Samsung’s 360 Business program will have Deployment Support which is where Samsung will provide the new devices and as well have Mobile care for Enterprise that will fix and repair and damaged devices.
All of these features in Samsung’s 360 program are vital for any type of initiative that wishes to help enterprises with business solutions. With Samsung being one of the biggest Android device developers worldwide, they should have no problem getting this new service off the ground. Of course Samsung isn’t alone in the business market, Apple has their own business department that provides Enterprises with business solutions. Now I’m not instigating anything but this could be another showdown between the rival companies. But any who, Samsung 360 Services won’t be available until 2015, so Samsung has all the time the world to better the program and make it feasible for any company that would like to have Samsung part of their business.
