B&H Photo App Gets Materialized
This week, B&H Photo finally updated their app to be materialized and on par with Android 5.0. Most of you photographers and video geeks out there know and probably love B&H Photo. It’s a great store for cameras, video products, and even smartphones and it’s now got a material app. Which looks amazing!
Vine adds a Favorite Option
In a recent update to Vine, they’ve added the ability to favorite a Vine video, which is a great addition to the app. So now you can favorite your favorite Vine videos and find them again later on. Which is great. For those that don’t know, Vine brings you looping 8 second videos, which some of them are really funny.
Skype Gets Updated
This week, Microsoft updated the Skype app on Android to fix a few bugs and add some other goodies. Let’s take a look at the changelog:
- Chats load faster, especially when opened from a notification.
- Picture in picture view lets you keep a video call going – for phones now too!
- Receive photos from Skype for iPhone and other new clients.
- Supports formatted text: *bold* _italic_ ~strikethrough~
- Native Support for Hindi – SAHI!
TuneIn Radio Gets Material Design as well
This week, another popular podcast and talk radio app, TuneIn Radio got updated. It brings material design as well as Chromecast support. Which it makes you wonder why it took so long to get Chromecast support on the TuneIn Radio app. You can check out the full changelog down below.
