Gaming is loads of fun, but sometimes it can be time consuming, and very involved depending on the complex stories, intense action, and vast amounts of adventure that could be included. Sometimes you just want a casual gaming experience that doesn’t require too much of your attention, that pick up and play for a few minutes, then put it down for a few hours and go back to it later. The wildly popular Plants vs Zombies was perhaps some of the best causal gameplay from a few years back, and when Plants vs Zombies 2 hit the Android scene we knew it was going to become a smash hit game with tons of downloads and loads of the familiar fun from the first game. Plants vs Zombies 2 features new zombies, and new plants, like Bok Choy, Laser Bean, the chicken wrangler zombie and the wiazrd zombie among others. There’s also new levels, the ability to put plants in your zen garden and tons of new ways to protect your brain. Runner Up: Despicable Me Minion Rush

How could we not love anything that involves these little hilarious minion characters? While this follows the gameplay of an endless runner, make no mistake it’s quite the casual affair and loads of fun to boot. Run your minion through many iconic locations that you may remember from the Despicable Me films, discover secrets and avoid tricky obstacles, and enjoy the many various gameplay modes you have at your disposal. There’s even unique boss fights. Come on, we know you wanted the chance to battle Vector just as much as we did.
