Ulefone Launching The Be One Smartphone This Month Costing Just $129

There is nothing better than hearing that a new device is on its way. This type of new device announcement allows for wild speculation, seething reviews and generally a great topic of discussion. So what is the news today? Well, meet the new device from Ulefone, the ‘Ulefone Be One’. The device is set to launch this month and comes to the Ulefone website with the tag “Be One. Be simple, Be yourself, Be Better in 2015′. Want to know what the Be One offers? Of course you do.

The Be One comes with a 5.5” IPS screen with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Inside, the Be One comes with 1GB RAM and an octa-core MTK6592M MediaTek processor (clocked at 1.4GHz). In terms of memory, the device comes with 16GB of internal storage along with a microSD card for additional storage (up to 32GB). If cameras are what you care about, then the Be One comes with a 13MP rear shooter (with an F/2.2 aperture along with Beauty mode and Full HD recording) as well as an 8MP front facing camera option. In terms of the battery, this is nothing special on offer with a 2350mAh battery in tow. However, it is worth noting that this does apparently come with energy saving features which will bring a 13% improvement on other models, offering up to 25 hours of 2G talk time, 21 hours of internet use on 3G and 480 standby hours. Additional features include 2g, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and dual-SIM support, Lastly, the Be One will come running on Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box.

If this is sounding like something you might be interested in, then you should know that it will be available in two colours, dark blue and white. However, the most important aspect of this device is the price and this one does not seem too bad with a $129 price tag attached. As mentioned the device is due to be unveiled this month and to go on sale towards the end of the month/start of 2015.
