CES 2015: A Look At The Qi Wireless Charging Booth

Qi Wireless charging is more versatile than we might think, and with Qi demonstrating some of this versatility in their own booth at CES 2015, we can begin to see how companies could incorporate the Qi charging standard into their products, establishments, etc. At the Qi booth there were various different setups of things powered by the Qi stechnology, like a wooden block kitchen counter with Qi charging built-in to the underside of it making it possible to charge the blender sitting on top. In the hotel room setup, nearly all the things within were being powered by Qi chargers, which were all capable of being controlled by your phone to turn things on or off. It just goes to show that there can be many uses for a wireless charging capability using Qi, and hopefully these demonstrations during CES will cause more companies to hop on board with it.
