CES2015: Hands On With LoopPay CardCase

This morning at CES a rather interesting announcement came from LoopPay. For those of you unfamiliar with LoopPay, you are only unfamiliar with them by name. That is because LoopPay are already considered to be the World’s most widely accepted mobile wallet solution.

That said, today’s announcement was far more interesting from the android perspective as they have partnered with XPAL Power and Trident Cases. These partnerships are bringing to the market even easier ways for android users to pay using their smartphones. That is because the two companies along with LoopPay have designed a number of cases which fit onto various Android smartphones. These cases contain Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST for short) which is the basis of the technology underlying mobile wireless payment. At the moment, cases are only being developed for the Samsung Galaxy S5 (by XPAL) and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (by Trident) although the technology is expected to roll-out to more devices later. If you own either of these devices then both cases will be available in the early part of 2015.

As LoopPay were present as CES showing off these new products (and so were we), we were able to grab some hands-on images to show you what the cases look like. So check out the images below as you just might be using one of these in the near future.
