Whether you’re going to the Super Bowl this year in Glendale Arizona to see the New England Patriots and their deflated balls battle the Seattle Seahawks, or going to a Super Bowl party, or just watching from home. We’ve got a few apps that you should check out.
Madden NFL Mobile
Because who doesn’t want to play the Seahawks vs the Patriots in Madden? You can play Madden right there on your smartphone or tablet. Or you could just be like me and play on your PS4 or Xbox One. Much better graphics. With Madden NFL Mobile you can build you’re ultimate team and take them all the way to the playoffs.
CBS Sports
Because you’ll probably want to keep up with the stats and highlights from the biggest game of the year, here’s CBS Sports. Not only do they cover the NFL, but just about any other sport you can think of. It’s not my favorite sports app – that’s still theScore – but it’s pretty darn good.
Super Bowl Stadium App
If you’re going to Super Bowl XLIX, do you have any extra tickets, also you’ll want to check out this app from the NFL. It gives you all the data you could possibly want for your experience at the Super Bowl.
NBC Sports Live Extra
With NBC Sports Live Extra, you can go ahead and watch all kinds of sports, including the Super Bowl. The app also gives you stats, highlights, and the schedule for a bunch of sports.
SuperBowl-Ads.com App
Who doesn’t love the Super Bowl ads? They are some of the best ads of the year, and also the most expensive ads of the year. This app features the Super Bowl ads from the past 15 years, so you can see some of the all time greatest super bowl ads ever aired. Right from this app.
NFL Now
With NFL Now, you can watch live NFL games, view scores, highlights and even see tweets from fans and analysts of the NFL. The cool part about the Tweets, is that you can see the points in time where Twitter exploded with the #NFL hashtag.
theScore: Sports & Scores
theScore is one of my favorite apps for sports. It just recently went Material Design, and also gives you all kinds of data on players, teams and much more.
NFL Mobile
NFL Mobile is a great app for NFL fans, and even better for Verizon users. You are able to watch any NFL game with it, as well as view highlights, scores, stats, and much more. For Verizon users, it’s completely free, and you don’t need to login via your cable provider.
Verizon Power House
The Verizon Power House App is designed exclusively for Super Bowl XLIX and will be used within Verizon Power House, located within Verizon Super Bowl Central in Phoenix, Arizona, from January 28 to February 2, 2015. This app allows users to customize their experience at the activation and receive personalized digital souvenirs after their visit. Please note, the app will not function outside Verizon Power House in Phoenix, Arizona.
Sports Trivia
Sports Trivia is a great game to play during the Super Bowl as you can really test your sports knowledge. It includes the NBA, NFL, MLB and so much more.
