Another Huawei "Next Is Here" Pre-MWC Teaser Pops Up

Huawei has released two rather vague teasers about a week ago, and the third one just landed. This Chinese smartphone manufacturer seems to be getting ready to release something at MWC (Mobile World Congress) next week, and has released three teasers thus far. This one shows us an arc-shaped line and once again the “next is here” tagline, like it was the case in the first two teasers as well. Judging by the shape alone, this teaser doesn’t reveal all that much, our best guess is a device with a curved display, a smartwatch or a perhaps a smartband, Huawei TalkBand B2’s successor could be in the cards for the company.

Many people have been saying that Huawei will launch the P8 handset at MWC this year, but Huawei’s Director of Marketing Communications said that P8 will launch on April 15 in London, so that’s out of the question here. Our best guess is an Android Wear-powered smartwatch or a smartband, though the rumored Mate 7 Mini handset is also a possibility. The company might also announce a tablet, the alleged successor of their X1 device which was released last year. According to rumors, that thing is expected to sport a 7-inch 1920 x 1200 display and be powered by Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 925 processor. 3G of RAM has also been mentioned, as well as a 5,500mAh battery. The rumors also say that the device will cost around 1,999 Yuan ($319).

Huawei certainly has big plans for 2015 and they’re expected to release a bunch of hardware this year, so who knows what can we expect at this point. The aforementioned devices have been mentioned the most in the recent leaks. Luckily the MWC is right around the corner, and we’ll see what’s what then. That being said, let us know what are your thoughts here, what do you think this teaser is about and what will Huawei announce at the Mobile World Congress next week? There are definitely lots of possibilities at the moment, so it would be interesting to hear what you guys thing about all this.
