Huawei released a bunch of really solid high-end devices last year and managed to attract the attention of customers. This China-based smartphone OEM managed to increase their profits, and they expect to grow even further this year. Huawei also makes low and mid-range handsets though, which are sold really well worldwide. The company has launched the Honor Holly handset back in September last year in Asia, and earlier this month the company announced that the phone will be available in Europe as well. This phone is rather interesting because Huawei let consumers decide how much will it cost, for more info regarding that, visit this article.
That being said, the Honor Holly is now listed for £74.99 ($116) on Amazon (UK). This phone was originally listed for £109.99 ($170), but thanks to this consumer-powered promotion, the price went down significantly. This is still an entry-level device so don’t forget that. The Huawei Honor Holly features a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card). This handset is powered by MediaTek’s MT6582 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. 8-megapixel snapper is located on the back of this smartphone, and a 2-megapixel shooter is available up front. 2,000mAh battery will ship with this thing and Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS will come pre-installed here with Huawei’s Emotion UI 2.3 on top of Google’s operating system. This is a dual-SIM handset, and GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi come as a part of this package, of course. The device doesn’t offer 4G LTE connectivity though, this is a 3G handset.
There you have it, the phone is now available for purchase in Europe via Amazon.co.uk for £74.99 if you’re interested. There are many entry-level devices now available out in the market, but this certainly gives you yet another option in that category. If you’re in a market for a cheap entry-level device, the Honor Holly is something to consider. Speaking of which, do you like this device?
