Each month we do a top 10 accessories list. Some of these are new accessories, some are old and are ones we just stumbled upon recently (making them new to us). We try to keep this one full of universal accessories, meaning they will work for any smartphone you have. As we already do top 10 cases, headphones, etc., for each smartphone and tablet. So let’s get this month’s top 10 going.
Coolstream Car Chat Plus
This is something I actually have in my possession (and the review should be up before this is, if not, it’ll be up soon!). It’s a really cool Bluetooth dongle. Basically you plug this into your car, and into the stereo via 3.5mm headphone jack. Now just connect to your phone via Bluetooth, and boom. Now you can listen to music, and even take calls while in the car. Pretty sweet.
The Oontz Angle Bluetooth Speaker
This is a pretty sweet Bluetooth speaker that is actually in the form of a triangle, hence the “angle” in the name. It provides up to 12 hours of playtime and has some pretty decent sound coming out of it too. Not to mention it’s less than popular design. It’s also one of the few “Good” Bluetooth speakers that’s under $30, sitting at $27.99 at the time of writing this.
Ultimate Ears Boom Bluetooth Speaker
This is still one of my favorite Bluetooth Speakers. It’s from Ultimate Ears, which is a sub-division of Logitech. The Boom speaker is a nice and tall speaker that looks nice and puts out some amazing sound. It’s 360 sound, so it doesn’t really matter how you have it facing. It’s also got battery life for days and even weeks.

A-Audio Legacy Headphones
These are some of my favorite headphones right now. I’ve been using them, for the most part, for the last month or so. They are quite a bit heavy, but have some pretty amazing sound coming out of them. They also have noise cancellation, which I will be using on my upcoming flight to Barcelona for Mobile World Congress.

Anker Astro E6 20,800mAh 3-port Battery Pack
Need some extra juice? This Anker Astro E6 Battery pack is a great companion for any road trip, or really any travel. Whenever I travel, especially for AH, I always take a battery pack or two, or three. And the Astro E6 is a great companion to keep you charged up throughout the day.
EC Technology 22,400mAh Battery Pack
What does this have over the Astro E6 from Anker? Well about two thousand more mAh. EC Technology has put up 3 USB ports on this one as well as a flashlight, which actually will come in handy more than you’d think.
Anker 60W 6-port USB Hub
When you have a lot of devices to charge, kinda like me, these hubs come in handy. I have one that sits on my desk (it’s actually their 5-port model) that charges my Moto 360, Xperia Z3 (if needed, which isn’t often), battery packs and other review units I might have on hand.
Anker Dual-Port Car Charger
I also have this car charger from Anker. It’s a pretty slick car charger that has two USB ports, so you are able to charge two devices at the same time. That’s really all there is to say about this one.
iOttie Dashboard Car Mount
This universal car mount will work with just about any smartphone (the picture does show that it works with the Galaxy Note 4, but the Nexus 6 might be a stretch). It has a suction cup that can be mounted to either the windshield of the dashboard.
iBolt xProDock Car Dock
Here’s another alternative for a car dock, if you don’t like iOttie’s. This one has a built in charging cable as well so you can charge your phone via micro USB while it’s in the dock. Which is pretty sweet.
