Over the last few months, the world has gone a little bit crazy with Lollipop. At least the android world has and the Lollipop in question is Android 5.0+, the latest android operating system. While many users are resigned to waiting for their first Lollipop taste to land, many devices have seen theirs come. Not to mention they have even seen theirs being further updated with Android 5.0.1 and then Android 5.0.2. In fact, the latest on the never-ending updating of Lollipop is Android 5.1. which seems to be hitting Android One devices.
Well, if you are a Samsung device owner, then depending on what device you are running will determine whether you have Lollipop or still on lonely old KitKat. A lot of the big flagship devices (at least in some areas) have been seeing the Lollipop update land recently. Not to mention, some are beginning to see the next Android incremental updates arrive as well. The video is brought to us by the folks over at Sammobile and shows Android 5.0.2 running on both versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S. While most of the features are the same as what we have already seen on a number of other already-running Lollipop Samsung devices, there are some differences worth checking out. The video shows that the general colors, animations and switches are all much brighter, more colorful and generally more punchier in appearance. However, the big changes with this update seem to be keyboard based. The newer and updated keyboard again comes with a more colorful and brighter disposition and just generally far richer offering. Not to mention, the video shows that this Samsung Lollipop update does bring back the much wanted and craved ‘mute’ feature.
