T-Mobile's Galaxy S6 Pre-Registration Page Is Up, Along With The Galaxy S6 Edge Teaser Image

Those itching to get their hands on the next big thing from Samsung can rejoice, as the Samsung Galaxy S6 pre-registration page just went live on T-Mobile’s website. Titled “Six Appeal,” the smartphone pictured is the upcoming Galaxy S6, though it seems like this is the Galaxy S6 Edge (curved screen) variant. Signing up on the carrier’s website in advance will mark you as one of the first to gain access news and pre-ordering after the official unveiling of Samsung’s next flagship phone. T-Mobile will also alert those signing up now, immediately once pre-orders for the device go live on the T-Mobile website. Apparently the website will be updated on March 1st with exclusive new information on the Galaxy S6, once the phone has been properly unveiled at this year’s Mobile World Congress.

While many details have already emerged from Samsung teasers hinting at a metallic body for the device, the image featured on T-Mobile’s preregistration page gives away new information about the phone. The image clearly illustrates the curved glass on this handset similar to that of the Galaxy Note Edge, which leds us to believe this is the Galaxy S6 Edge, unless Galaxy S6 also features the curved display, of course. The power button has also appeared to make a slight transition closer to the backside of the device. With these new details emerging boasting such drastic, fundamental revisions to design of Samsung’s next flagship, it’s clear they really did attempt to do so from the ground up.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 (Edge) will definitely make bring huge waves to the mobile scene, although only time will tell how successful the phone will be. Specifications for the device allegedly will feature a Samsung Exynos 7420 octa-core processor as well as 4GB of RAM. These will be the powerhouse for the Galaxy S6 which will tote a 5.1-inch QuadHD Super AMOLED display. Combine these with up to 64 GB of internal storage, a 20-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front facing camera, and a 2,550mAh battery and you get one beast of a phone. Head on over to T-Mobile’s preregistration page now to be one of the first to pre-order the device.
