The LG G Pad 7.0 LTE tablet is a mid-range affair and features a 7-inch HD IPS+ display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.  It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and packs 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot to add an additional 32GB of storage.  A 4000mAh battery provides power and it is running Android 4.4.4 KitKat with LG’s interface on top.  It sports a 5MP main camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera (FFC) for selfies or video chatting.  It measures 57 x 97.5 x 15.7 mm and weighs in at 108 grams.  The LG G Pad 7.0 LTE works on HSPA+/HSPA Bands 850/1900/2100MHZ and LTE Bands 2/4/5/17 with speeds up to 150Mbps on LTE.  It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS built-in.

The LG G Pad 7.0 LTE brings with it several great LG software applications along with it – such as Knock Code, where a user can awaken and unlock the device using a customized series of taps on the display.  LG claims there are more than 86,000 possible combinations one can use in order to keep their device secure.  It also includes LG’s QPair application which allows the LG G Pad to receive call, text and social media notifications when paired with any Android smartphone running 4.1 Jelly Bean and up.  LG has also included Dual Window that splits the screen for multitasking, allowing two applications to run at once on the display.
