Another LG G4 Image Pops Up Online, This Time Directly From LG

LG G4 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2015. Samsung, LG and Sony have already announced their flagship devices, and it’s LG’s turn now. The company has already confirmed that the LG G4 will be announced on April 28th, become available on April 31st and the company has already teased the device quite a few times. The company’s upcoming flagship has been leaking all over the place in the last couple of weeks, and one of those leaks actually revealed a ton of details about the device itself and shared 30 images of the device itself with the public.

That being said, LG has decided to tease their upcoming flagship once again. Another image of the LG G4 has been shared on the ‘USA LG Mobile’ Facebook page recently. We get to see the back side of the device yet again, and as you can see, it seems like there’s a leather backing present on this phone as well along with the vertical sticking right down the middle of it. You can clearly see the G4’s camera, dual-LED flash, Laser Autofocus and the well-known volume rockers + power button rear-facing arrangement LG has been using for quite some time now.

What do we know about the G4 thus far? Well, we know how the G4 will look, at least from the back. This image only confirms its design, and considering it matches the 30 leaked images, we quite probably know how the device will look from the front as well. LG Innotek has also confirmed that the G4 will sport their newest 16 and 8-megapixel sensors which launched recently. LG’s upcoming flagship will ship with Android Lollipop and LG’s recently announced UX 4.0 on top of it, which will bring a slew of new features to LG’s skin. It seems like the phone will also be ever so slightly curved.

What about its specs? Well, aside from the mentioned camera sensors, the spec sheet of this thing is kind of a mystery. The phone is expected to sport a 5.5-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1440) panel, somewhat improved compared to the G3’s display. You can also expect this thing to be powered by either the Snapdragon 808 hexa-core or the Snapdragon 810 octa-core SoC. LG could go either way here and might opt for the 808 because of the whole 810 overheating reports and what not. 3 or 4GB of RAM will be included in this package as well and the device will also be available in multiple storage variants.
