Huawei Offers Up 12 Reasons You Might Want To Consider The Huawei Watch As Your Smartwatch

It is already starting to feel like a long time ago, but at the beginning of March there were quite a few announcements made at MWC. One of those came from Huawei and the unveiling of their creatively entitled, Huawei Watch. Although slightly late to the game compared to other manufacturers, Huawei had arrived with their ultra stylish and uber-cool looking watch. Well, it seems for those users who have yet to decide on whether the Huawei Watch is right for them, Huawei have released a blog posting (source link below) detailing twelve reasons why you should consider their smartwatch offering.

The first reason offered up is the device’s ‘Timeless Design”. According to Huawei, “Huawei Watch is one of the first smart watches that looks like a real watch“. The second reason offered is that the device runs on Google’s unified smartwatch platform, Android Wear. The third reason offered is that the watch is made of Sapphire Crystal, which is apparently twice as harder to scratch as normal glass. In fact, according to Huawei, it is “almost impossible to scratch”. Next up for season four, is that the Huawei Watch adds another premium quality in the form of ‘cold-forged stainless steel’, which results in an enhanced level of corrosion and scratch resistance. Moving on to reason 5, their Watch comes with the highest resolution on any Android Wear device. Coming in with a resolution of 400 x 400 and a ppi of 286. Reason 6 is that the watch is crafted like a real watch, which is stated to contain over 130 components and over 160 steps made by hand, as well as over 260 manufacturing steps.

Moving past the halfway mark and reason 7 is that you have three case options to choose from including Gold, Silver and black. In a similar fashion, reason 8 is the variance in strap selection that is due to be offered with the Huawei Watch. In fact, reason 9 is also a similar reason, with Huawei stating there is over 40 compatible watch faces to choose from to further customize your smartwatch. Coming in at reason ten, the Huawei Watch contains a Smart Fitness Tracker, while reason 11 is the inclusion of a unique Huawei Android Wear health application. Which also works with third-party offerings like Google Fit. Last up, the final reason Huawei offer for why you should buy their Watch is the “all day battery life” which you can expect from the 300mAh battery included. Of course, two main reasons which are likely to sway your decision (how much and when), were not commented on. You can read all the reasons in more detail by clicking the source link below.
