Huawei’s Honor 6 Plus is one of the larger devices that Huawei ships, coming in at 5.5-inches and while the majority of Honor devices are fairly scarce outside of China, the Honor 6 Plus is heading to the UK, courtesy of Three. The UK network has announced that the Honor 6 Plus will be available starting May 1st, both online and in 360 of its stores up and down the country. It’s one of the cheaper, large Android smartphones available across the pond and today Three confirmed pricing on a number of different plans. Needless to say if you’re in the market for something new but don’t have massively deep pockets, then you’ll like the idea of the Honor 6 Plus.
Available on a range of contracts from Three, the device is also available on PAYG, too. Coming in at £299 outright, this is a pretty decent proposition, especially considering that many of the latest devices like the Galaxy S6 and HTC One M9 are hard to come by on Pay as You Go plans these days. For £19 a month upfront on a 24-month contract customers can choose from plans ranging from £24 a month all the way up to £37 a month. The most expensive tariff gets you the smartphone as well as All You Can Eat data – including 4G – as well as All You Can Eat minutes, too. Three is the only network in the UK that offers unlimited data, and with a 5.5-inch 1080p display to play with, you can consume a whole lot of media with this guy.
We reviewed the Honor 6 Plus a little while ago and found it to be a fairly competent smartphone, if not a little unexciting. If you’re looking for something different however, and you also like a good deal, then the Honor 6 Plus on Three could be a decent option for you. One of the few Honor devices to make it out of China, it is nice to see it launch on of the UK’s growing networks, especially as the Honor 6 Plus is £299 to buy outright, giving users a solid choice without breaking the bank.
