HTC is no stranger to smartphone launches this year, the company has announced a bunch of devices thus far, interestingly enough, a number of them sport  high-end specs. The company has announced the One M9, One M9+, One E9+ and Butterfly (SD 810) handsets thus far, all of which offer high-end specifications. A while back, rumors started popping up regarding another high-end devices from HTC, the HTC One ME9. We’ve seen quite a few rumors thus far, and @upleaks even released the alleged specs of this device along with an image of the handset itself.

Speaking of that, the leaker has just released yet another render of the One ME9. As you can see, this handset actually resembles the One M9+ a whole lot when you look at it from the front because it also sports the physical home button. Anyhow, a while back, the @upleaks has released quite a few details regarding this device. The One ME9 will feature a 5.2-inch WQHD display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card). MediaTek’s MT6795 64-bit octa-core processor running at 2.2GHz will power this handset, and a 2,900mAh battery will be included as well. The device will be made out of metal and polycarbonate (metal frame) and its physical home button will double as a fingerprint scanner. The 20-megapixel camera (Toshiba’s T4KA7 sensor) will be available on the back of this handset, and a 4-megapixel (2um pixel size) camera will be located on the front side of this device. The One ME9 will ship with Android 5.0 Lollipop pre-installed with HTC’s Sense 7.0 UI on top of Google’s operating system.

The leaker has also mentioned that the handset will be available in Classic Rose Gold, Gold Sepia and Meteor Gray color options, and that it will launch in July for 3,500 Yuan ($565). The device will reportedly launch in India, Hong Kong, SAR and Taiwan first, while it will not be available in EMEA and the US. HTC’s DotView case will also be available for this device according to the source. The first image in the gallery down below is new, while the other two have been leaked earlier this month.
