LG G4 Available to Pre-Order from Vodafone UK

This week might have been the big week of Google I/O, and boy has it been a frantic couple of days with some great announcements from Google, including Android M, but there’s more to the world of Android than I/O. Without devices, nobody would be using Android and devices like the LG G4 are pushing the envelope of what’s possible from a smartphone. This week, it’s available to pre-order in the UK, starting with Vodafone UK.

Vodafone UK has a pre-order listing for the G4 live right now, and it’ll ship to buyers starting June 1st. As is often the case with Vodafone, they’re offering users their choice of six months of Spotify Premium, Sky Sports Mobile TV or a NOW TV Entertainment pass (which secures Game of Thrones) with a Vodafone Red Bundle. Pricing wise, you can get the G4 on contracts starting from £35 a month with the phone for free, but this gets you just 1GB of data across 24 months. For 4GB it’s an extra tenner a month at £35 and those looking for 10GB of data will need to pay £50 a month. On the bright side, all of these contracts come with unlimited UK calls and texts and if you’re on WiFi a lot of the time you won’t need too much data anyhow.

Vodafone will be offering the Metallic Grey as well as the Red Leather versions of the G4, and those that pre-order the Red Leather version of the G4 will get a gold cover for their G4 completely free. We reviewed the G4 earlier this year, and found it to be one of the best Android smartphones that you can buy right now. It might be pretty pricey on Vodafone, but if you’re looking for a device with an amazing camera, a fresh design and something that isn’t running a Snapdragon 810, then the G4 is definitely something you should be looking at.
