Sunburn!
This is an interesting one, and seemingly another retro style hit from Noodlecake Studios. In Sunburn! your goal is to gather your crew together as you float through open, endless space thanks to your destroyed ship. You are the only hope, and you have a jetpack at your disposal to help steer you and your crew clear of any oncoming asteroids or other obstacles. There’s loads of challenging levels and unique personalities for each crew member, and like all games from Noodlecake there is a level of hilarity about the game which makes it hard to put down.
Tofu Hunter
The games from Adult Swim are always good for a laugh, and their latest release is no different. Tofu Hunter is just like it sounds, a hunting game where you have to hunt down and shoot tofu. There are tons of guns and weapons to unlock from rifles to crossbows, and a range of different locations to give the game some variety. It might be the breakout game of the year, but it should be a wonderful little time passer.
Fortress Fury
Fortress Fury is a strategy game where you have to build up your fortress and face off against an opponent to see who can destroy the other fortress first to gain victory. Combat is in real time, and it offers ranked matches or casual online multiplayer.You’ll able to discover and use a varied set of things to attack like magics, medieval weaponry and more.
Hardboiled
Hardboiled is a survival game, with a deeply challenging gameplay style that includes turn-based combat, scavenging for resources and role playing with level progression and skill trees to expand your character. The developers have also incorporated a reputation system, so you can choose whether you want to be good or evil and play the game however you want.
Skiing Yeti Mountain
If you’ve always loved retro style sports games, Skiing Yeti Mountain is here to sate your hunger. The task is to see if you can get all the way down the mountain but along the way you’ll be able to meet unlikely characters with unique stories to tell, a ton of slalom tracks to master, and you may even stumble upon the mythical yeti.
Crystalia: Orb of Magic
This is a twin stick shooter where your main goal is to defend the magic orbs from monsters who are trying to obtain and harness their power. As you defend the orbs you’ll encounter many different types of monsters including bosses, and as you defeat your enemies you’ll level up by gaining experience with which you can place into your abilities and upgrades to become even stronger and face tougher foes.
