HTC has been announcing high-end devices left and right this year. This Taiwan-based company has showcased their One M9 flagship during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona back in March, and a number of high-end offerings followed it. The One M9+, One E9+ and Butterfly 3 were announced a couple of weeks later, all of which are high-end smartphones, and exclusive to Asia unfortunately. Anyhow, one of those devices has been launched in India today, read on.
The company has unveiled the One E9+ handset in India, let’s see what it has to offer. The One E9+ sports a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. The handset is powered by MediaTek’s Helio X10 (MT6795M) 64-bit octa-core processor which ships with a PowerVR G6200 GPU. The 20-megapixel camera is located on the back of this handset, and below it you’ll find an LED flash. On the front side of this smartphone lies a 4-megapixel UltraPixel shooter (2um pixel size), and a 2,800mAh battery is also a part of this package. Android 5.0 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with HTC’s Sense UI 7.0 on top of it. This is a dual SIM handset (two nano SIM slots) and it also offers 4G LTE connectivity, and Bluetooth 4.1. BoomSound speakers are also present here, in case you were wondering.

The HTC One E9+ comes in Rose Gold, Meteor Gray and Gold Sopia color options, and will be available for purchase starting today across India. In case you’d like to buy it, you’ll have to splash out Rs. 36,790 ($575).
