LG G4 Goes Through The Getting Shot Test In New Video

The LG G4 is one of the big hitters of this year in the smartphone world. Of course, this will not come as much of a surprise to owners of the LG G3, as that was a massively popular ‘fan favorite’ too. As such, there was quite a lot of pressure on LG to produce a decent smartphone for the next G phone. Needless to say, the company seems to have fulfilled that task as the LG G4 has been getting good reviews all round since its launch.

That said, reviews are only one test that a new smartphone has to endure when it hits the market. On top of the reviews that discuss the luxury design of the smartphone, the capabilities of the camera and other features, the stress on the processor and how it deals with it, there are also the numerous torture tests the smartphones must endure. These include everything from dunking flagships phones into the water, putting them through drop tests and even running them over. In fact, Richard Ryan from FullMag has become quite well-known for his particular brand of torture videos as Ryan likes to literally unload a full magazine on smartphones. Although, some in particular, go through even more torturing than simply being shot, the LG G Flex being a prime example.

Ryan has made a number of videos on all the latest flagship devices and shows how durable they are when under fire from him and his friends. Today, was the turn of the LG G4 and once again, Ryan highlights how well the G4 puts up with being shot. Interestingly, during the video, Ryan comments quite often on the quality of the LG G4 and how he was disappointed to actually be putting the phone through the testing. In particular, Ryan draws attention to the camera abilities and 4K video recording of the LG G4, which Ryan says are the best he has come across so far. Either way, if you want to hear Richard Ryan’s comments on the G4 or just see it getting shot (and in slow motion) then you can by clicking play on the video below.
