Sony Xperia Z3+ Pre-Orders Live at Clove, Carphone Warehouse

Since last year, Sony has struggled to provide devices that offer appealing new features to users, with the Xperia Z2 seemingly the last deice that Sony released with much in the way of vast improvements. The Xperia Z2 featured a new IPS display type which was a massive improvement over the Xperia Z and Xperia Z1, but the Xperia Z3, and now the Xperia Z3+ stick to a formula that has perhaps become a little tired over the last 24 months. Still, Sony continue to ship some of the best smartphone cameras available on the market, and with key features like Remote Play with the PS4 and Hi-Res audio, there’s a lot to love about Sony’s Xperia Z line.

If the Xperia Z3 and its Snapdragon 801 processor, the same used in the Xperia Z2, wasn’t a big enough upgrade for you, then the Xperia Z3+ might be enough. It now features the octa-core Snapdragon 810 used in the likes of the LG G Flex 2 and HTC One M9. While the display is still a 1080p affair, it’s brighter and improved upon since the Xperia Z3, and as an owner of an Xperia Z2, it’s nice to see that there’s no longer a pesky flap covering the microUSB port for sync and charging! Those in the UK wondering where and when they can get their hands on the Xperia Z3+ from reputable sources now have their answer. It’s available to pre-order from Carphone Warehouse from contracts starting at £40 and a pretty sweet bundle for music listeners. If you pre-order it from Carphone Warehouse, the Xperia Z3+ will come with a pair of Sony MDR10-RC headphones capable of hi-res audio, as well as three months subscription to TIDAL’s lossless streaming service, and six free hi-res album downloads, all worth £275.

Those looking to purchase the latest and greatest from Sony outright can look to Clove UK, with a pre-order price of £529.99 inc VAT for a 32GB model in either black or white. Those looking at the fetching Ice Green color can only get it from Carphone Warehouse in the UK it would seem, as they have exclusivity on the Ice Green version of the Xperia Z3+. Either way, there are a couple of options available for those looking for the best that Sony has to offer (for now).
