There’s been some interesting game news revealed this week, with details about the upcoming plans for Nintendo’s mobile debut and we got our first trailer for the anticipated next title from Butterscotch Shenanigans called Crashlands, among other things. Crashlands Gets First Official Trailer
If you’ve been a fan of games like Towelfight 2 or Quadropus Rampage, then you’re a fan of Butterscotch Shenanigans, the three-man team of brothers Sam, Seth, and Adam Coster. For a while they’ve been hard at work on their upcoming game called Crashlands, described as an action-crafting rpg, although you could sum it up in one word, awesome. Up until now there have been little bits and details about the game being dropped by the studio, but just recently Butterscotch Shenanigans finally released the very first official trailer for Crashlands, and it’s quite wonderful and really puts into perspective how much fun this game should be, as well as gives some insight as to what the gameplay will be like. Nintendo Plans To Launch 5 Games By March 2017
Nintendo might have shocked the gaming world when they announced earlier this year that they were finally going to be launching mobile games, a pursuit which they will be fulfilling in partnership with DeNA which is a popular mobile games publisher. At this point in time there isn’t really any details on which games the two companies will be launching, but both Nintendo and DeNA plan to launch five games by March of 2017, with the earliest launching by the end of this year, and then spreading out the launches of the other four over substantial amounts of time to allow each game’s user base grow and flourish. Each game Nintendo launches will be hitting a different genre as well, since they understand that people have different tastes and both companies want to be able to cater to a wide variety of markets and interests. Unfortunately, neither Nintendo nor DeNA have mentioned what genres the games will be in.
