As the summer continues to roll on, this is pretty much the time in which rumors are in abundance and speculation mounts surrounding a whole bunch of devices which are set to be released over the coming weeks, months and the rest of the year ahead. One of those which has been generating a ton of speculation and rumors (and will likely continue until it is announced) is the latest offering from Samsung, the Galaxy Note 5. This is after all one of the company’s two yearly flagships and set the tone for the phablet market in general.
Well, there has already been a ton of leaked images and renders doing the rounds for the Galaxy Note 5 and it was only this morning that the latest news came through which seemed to confirm that the Galaxy Note 5 will come sporting 4GB RAM and Samsung’s own Exynos 7422 processor inside. Now, following on from that leak, it seems some more images of the device are now surfacing and these ones show some of the clearest images of the Note 5 that have been seen so far.
As you can see from the images, the Note 5 is encased within a Nillkin transparent case. More importantly though, the images seem to confirm a number of features of the design. For instance, the Note will come sporting a metal frame surrounding the device Not to mention, the bottom of the unit seems to house most of the connection points including the headphone jack and microUSB port. That is, as well as the S-Pen and the speaker. In terms of these bottom positioned features, it is also worth noting that there does not seem to be an auto-eject mechanism for the S-Pen as previously rumored. Not to mention, the microUSB port does not seem to be Type-C either. Of course, there is no way to know how close to the finished product the images are and with a few weeks still to go until the launch does take place, there is likely to be quite a few more images coming through. In the meantime however, you can check the images out for yourself below.
