Both companies’ will form a brand new joint venture called “Aerosense” and will begin functioning in early August of this same year. This new move by Sony shows the new overall focus it has taken with the new trend that is the Internet of Things, and just how committed the company is to this sector of the market.
The drones created by Aerosense will take advantage of several technologies developed by Sony including the company’s camera, sensing, telecommunications network and great mechanical advances.
