10. Lenovo N20p

Lenovo continues to maintain its place on this list and in spite of newer and more powerful Chromebooks coming through. Sporting an 11.6-inch display, the Lenovo N20p also comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and powered by a 2.15 GHz Intel Celeron N2830 processor. This one was at a really good price last month, although this month the N20p seems to have gone back up in price to $270.

9. Acer Chromebook 11

This is the latest version of the popular Chromebook 11 from Acer. Although, the changes from the previous model are subtle, this is not a bad thing as the previous Chromebook 11 was a very durable and hardworking Chromebook. On offer is an 11.6-inch display with a 1366 x 768 resolution, 4GB RAM (although a 2GB version is also available), an Intel Celeron (3205U) dual-core processor (clocking at 1.50 GHz). 16GB storage and a 3,920 mAh battery. 8. Toshiba Chromebook 2

The Toshiba Chromebook 2 continues to be an extremely popular option although this is not surprising when you consider what is on offer. The Chromebook 2 from Toshiba comes with a 13-inch display (1920 x 1080), 4GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and an Intel Celeron processor. The Toshiba Chromebook 2 has seen a slight price drop compared to last month and can now be picked up for only $249.99.

7. HP Chromebook 14

HP continues to be a strong manufacturer in the Chromebook market and arguable, the Chromebook 14 is their best and most popular Chromebook to date. If you are after a larger display than this is the to go for. Coming equipped with a 14-inch display (1366 x 768), 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and powered by an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor. This is a great option for those looking to mix performance and affordability. Currently available for $249.99.

6. Acer C720 (Intel Core i3 model)

The Acer C720 is actually the older version of the C740 which joined the list this month in 9th position. That said, in spite of being an older model, this particular variant comes equipped with a couple of notable upgrades including a 1.7 GHz Intel Core i3-4005U processor and an increased level of storage with 32GB on offer. Otherwise, the rest of the specs remain the same as the C740. Although, those upgrades do come with a price and at the moment the C720 i3 variant will currently cost you $349.99.

5. Samsung Chromebook 2

The Samsung Chromebook 2 is another popular option in the Chromebook world. After all, this is Samsung and that does normally mean you might pay a little extra but will get a premium product. The Chromebook 2 comes in two screen sized variants, an 11.6-incher and a 13.3 incher. The larger of the two sports a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 2.0 GHz Samsung Exynos 5 octa 5800 processor, while the smaller sports 1366 x 768 resolution and a 1.9 GHz Samsung Exynos 5 octa 5420 processor. Otherwise, the rest of the specs including 4GB RAM and 16GB internal storage are the same. Unfortunately, not many sales at the moment on these and therefore the 11.6-inch version currently costs $299.99 and the 13-inch version comes in at $399.99

4. Acer Chromebook 13

There seems to be a bit of a theme developing here as this is the third Acer Chromebook to make the list this month. However, unlike the i3 touting C720 or the newer C740, this one comes with a bigger screen for those who want more screen to play with. The Chromebook 13 is equipped with a 13.3-inch display which is further available in two versions, one sporting a 1366 x 768 resolution and one sporting a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Likewise, the two variants also differ in their RAM and storage count with the lesser resolution sporting 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, while the higher resolution sporting 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. Both are equipped with the same NVIDIA Tegra K1 Quad Core processor.

3. Dell Chromebook 11 (Intel Core i3 Model)

Dell is more than a familiar name when it comes to laptops and computers, and love them or hate them, their Chromebook 11 is a great Chromebook option. Coming equipped with 11.6-inch display, 4GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and powered by a 1.7 GHz Intel Core i3 4005U processor, this is a lot of bang for the buck. In terms of that buck, this one will currently set you back around the $300 marker.

2. Chromebook Pixel LS

The Chromebook Pixel LS is probably the most famous Chromebooks due to this being Google’s proof-of-concept device That said, it is also probably the most infamous Chromebook thanks to this being the most expensive Chromebook you can buy. In fact, it is this price tag which continually keeps the LS from hitting the top spot. Starting at $999, this one offers a massive 8GB RAM, 32GB storage and powered by an Intel i5 processor. The even more expensive $1,299 option comes with an even bigger 16GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and powered by an Intel i7 processor.

Little has changed this month at the top of the proceedings. The Chromebook 15 from Acer remains to be one of the best Chromebooks when balancing cost against what you get. Not to mention, you have your choice of variants too and can pick between a 2GB RAM/16GB internal storage option and a 4GB RAM option, which comes with a choice of 16GB or 32GB internal storage. All variants come with the super sized 15.6-inch display and a 1.5 GHz Intel Celeron Dual-Core 3205U processor.
