Ulefone Power Will Feature A 6,200mAh Battery, Metal Frame

Ulefone is one of the many China-based smartphone OEMs. This company has been consistently releasing smartphone this year, they’ve released only a couple of them, but some of them are really compelling. Let’s take the Ulefone Be Touch 2 as an example, this handset sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and is powered by MediaTek’s MT6752 64-bit octa-core SoC. This device also features a 13-megapixel snapper by Sony (IMX214) on the back, sports a fingerprint scanner, and you’ll also find metal being implemented around this device. That being said, our source at the company has just sent us some info regarding the company’s new handste, the Ulefone Power, read on.

According to our source, the Ulefone Power will sport a huge 6,200mAh battery on the inside. We were also able to obtain some images of the device which you can check out in the gallery down below. If you take a look at those images, you’ll notice that the Ulefone Power sports metal around the device, and that both its power / lock and volume rocker buttons are located on the right-hand side. There’s a third physical button on the right, a round one which can be used for more or less whatever you like. This key will be used to launch certain app or action on the device, so it’s essentially a physical shortcut key.

The device will also sport a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, which is also visible on the images down below. If you take a look at the top of this phone, you’ll get to see the 3.5mm audio jack, and what seems to be an infrared port next to it. This leads us to believe that there will be some sort of a remote control app pre-installed on the Ulefone Power. You can also see the round capacitive button below the device, and menu / back buttons will be located on its sides. The device looks rather sleek, and it quite frankly looks like a combination of Elephone P7000 (overall design) and one of Sony’s high-end Xperia phones (the round button on the side). There you have it folks, we’ll report back as soon as we get more information regarding this smartphone.
