Physics-based games have been very popular since the rise of Angry Birds, and to this day it remains a widely popular genre on mobile. There are tons of different adaptions to this play style, and the Stupid Zombies series is one which has been around for quite some time while also having recently released the third game in the series earlier this year. Stupid Zombies 3 is by no means an extremely new game, but it isn’t old either and if you haven’t played it yet it’s a treat that should delight anyone who enjoys games with a more casual feel to them.
The goal of the game is simple, you’ll be one of the “heroes” in the game that needs to take out all the zombies to advance to the next level. You’ll be placed at a specific point in the level and will be equipped with any number of weapons, not all of which will be available right away, and need to shoot the zombies with a goal of destroying as many as you can. You can angle your shots in such a way that your bullets hit multiple zombies at once, (which is where the physics part comes in) and in doing so you can combo your attacks together for bigger scores which ultimately results in finishing the level with a better standing.
You will only have a certain number of shots at your disposal in each level, similar to the way you only have so many birds you can fling in Angry Birds, so you’ll want to make sure and use them up wisely, otherwise it’s game over and you’ll have to redo the level. The game boasts four weapons total including the Trusty Shotgun, Fiery Flare Gun. Grannies Homemade RPG Launcher, and a new weapon called the Baseball Bomber. Stupid Zombies 3 supports cloud saves so you can play across devices if you have more than one to install it on. This should make it easier to keep your exact place in the game too in case you ever decide you need to uninstall it for a time, allowing you to come back to it later and be at the same spot. It also has about 120 levels or more so there is no shortage of gameplay and should be able to keep anyone busy for quite some time.
