Video: A Quick Look at the LG Google Nexus 5X

For fans of the smaller, more affordable Nexus 5 that LG and Google launched back in 2013 alongside the launch of Android 4.4 KitKat, Google and LG are at it again. The Nexus 5X is a 5.2-inch redux of the original Nexus 5, and just as we did for the Nexus 6P, we’re taking a look at the latest LG nexus on film. We managed to spend some time with both devices during Google’s San Francisco event, and we found them to be some of the best devices that Google has ever made, of course we’ll be able to say for sure once we get some review samples in.

Aside from a new camera hump just above the fingerprint sensor on the new Nexus 5X, it resembles the original pretty similarly, as we took a look at yesterday, they’re much the same size and feel very similar in the hand as well. Unlike the larger Nexus 6P, the Nexus 5X features a 5.2-inch 1080p display and just 2GB of RAM, but then again it is designed to be more affordable, and it doesn’t cost much more than the original did back in 2013, which is a good sign as people were disappointed with the expensive Nexus 6 from last year. Those interested can take a look at the video below, and take a look at our other Nexus coverage from the last couple of days.
