Google has announced the their new Nexus devices on September 29th. The long-rumored LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P have been showcased by Google along with new Chromecasts and the Pixel C tablet. Both the Nexus 5X and 6P were are already available for order in select regions, and Google has decided to expand their availability even further, The company has announced the LG Nexus 5X in India after the device was listed in India’s Play Store more or less since it launched. The LG Nexus 5X will go on sale in India starting October 21st. The smartphone will be available through online and offline channels, and the 16GB of this phone will cost Rs. 31,990 ($492), while the 32GB variant is priced at Rs. 35,990 ($554). The phone will be available through various channels, including Amazon India. Google is also offering a free 6-month screen replacement warranty, a free Bluetooth headset and a cash back of Rs. 3,500 ($54) on HDFC cards.
The LG Nexus 5X features a 5.2-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display along with 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of non-expandable internal storage. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core processor along with an Adreno 418 GPU for graphics. The 12.3-megapixel camera (1.55um pixel size) is available on the back of this phone, and a 5-megapixel shooter can be found up front. The phone also sports dual-LED, dual tone flash and the Laser Autofocus on its back. The fingerprint scanner is also located on the back of the Nexus 5X, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on this smartphone. The LG Nexus 5X measures 147 x 72.6 x 7.9mm, while it weighs 136 grams.
