Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is one of five flagship handsets this Korean tech giant has released this year. The Galaxy Note 5 has been announced back in August and has been available for purchase for quite some time now. The device packs in a 3,000mAh battery on the inside, and considering Samsung Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core SoC powers on this device, the battery seems to last long enough, at least for some people. This phablet sports a QHD display though, so some of you might need more power if you’re using your phone so much that you drain battery ahead of time. That’s why extended battery cases are here, and Mophie has just announced their version read on.
Mophie’s battery case for Galaxy Note 5 will extend your battery for an additional 2,500mAh, and won’t make your device all that bigger it seems. Mophie actually says that you’ll be able to get up to 13 additional hours of talk time, and up to 8 additional hours of web browsing with this battery pack. In case you’re into extensive video watching, the company says that this battery will provide up to 9 additional hours of video playback, and you’ll also be able to listen to music for an additional 38 hours. The Mophie Juice Pack comes equipped with digital power management, charge vault technology and an impact-isolation system, which we’re already used to seeing from this case manufacturer.
Mophie’s Galaxy Note 5 Juice Pack is 163mm tall, and 81mm wide. You’ll get one year of warranty for this Juice Pack from the company, and in case you’re interested, you’ll have to splash out $99.95. Samsung’s newest phablet sports a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM and 32/64GB of non-expandable internal storage. The phablet is powered by the Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core SoC, and sports a 16-megapixel OIS camera on the back. The company’s S Pen stylus is available here once again, and the phablet measures 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm, while it weighs 171 grams. It is also worth mentioning that Android 5.1.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on top of it.
