Through a posting on its official website, America’s third largest carrier, T-Mobile, has announced that for this weekend only, it will be offering the 32 GB version of Samsung’s Galaxy S6 smartphone at heavily discounted monthly rates as part of its ‘JUMP! On Demand’ scheme, which will require users to trade in a high-end flagship smartphone to make use of the offer. The smartphone will be available for $0 down payment, but the monthly payout will depend on which eligible device is turned in by the user. The company has already listed a number of eligible devices that users may trade-in to take advantage of the offer. The list includes such devices as the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Users trading-in the aforementioned smartphones will need to pay precisely $0 per month to get their hands on a brand new Galaxy S6.
The carrier has also announced that as part of the scheme, it will be offering the Galaxy S6 for a discounted monthly payout of $15 instead of the regular $24 if users are to trade-in some other premium devices instead of the ones listed above. This particular list of devices include Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One M8, HTC One M9, LG G3, LG G4, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c and iPhone 5. The initial down payment of course, will remain $0. The company has made it clear that the scheme will be available for this weekend only, as mentioned above, and will run from Thursday, October 22nd thru Sunday, October 25th. Monday onwards, the $0 monthly payout will increase to $10.
T-Mobile has also announced that it is introducing a combo offer, whereby Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A 8.0 can be had for free as part of its ‘Tablet On Us’ scheme, for users who buy one of the qualifying list of smartphones, including the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, Samsung Galaxy Note4, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Samsung Galaxy Note5. To take advantage of the scheme, users will have to activate a data plan on the 4G-enabled tablet within 30 days of purchase. The carrier has also revealed that the deal is applicable for all users who’ve bought the device on or after October 14th.
