OnePlus 2 Available For Purchase In India Without An Invite

OnePlus has released three smartphones thus far, two of which have been launched this year. The company has announced their flagship, OnePlus 2, and an even more affordable OnePlus X smartphone. Unfortunately, OnePlus has decided to stick to their invite-only policy, which means you’ll need an invite in order to buy these two phones. Well, the company has announced that they’ll hold an open sale for their new flagship soon, and the sale just kicked off in India, read on.

The company notified everyone via Twitter that the sale is now live. You can now purchase OnePlus 2 without an invite in India through Amazon India, OnePlus’ sales partner. Keep in mind that this sale is live from November 25th through November 27th, and won’t be available after 11:59PM on November 27th. So, if you’ve been waiting to buy the OnePlus 2 in India, there is no better time to do it than now, especially if you were unsuccessful getting an invitation or didn’t want to bother doing so, which is understandable.

The OnePlus 2 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) LTPS IPS LCD display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is fueled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core SoC along with an Adreno 430 GPU for graphics. The 13-megapixel OIS camera is available on the back along with a dual-LED, dual tone flash. The 5-megapixel snapper can be found up front, and a 3,300mAh non-removable battery is also a part of this package. Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with OnePlus’ Oxygen OS available on top of Google’s OS. OnePlus 2 sports a fingerprint scanner which is located below the display, and 4G LTE connectivity is also available here, of course. The device measures 151.8 x 74.9 x 9.9mm, while it weighs 175 grams.

OnePlus’ flagship costs Rs. 24,999 on Amazon in India, and is currently in stock. Now, this sale lasts until 11:59PM on November 29th, but if OnePlus sells all the devices they currently have, you won’t be able to purchase the device anymore. So, if you’re interested, it might be the best idea to go ahead and purchase the device as soon as possible.
